DESCRIPTION:a task force member said, "The next Ashby BART West Parking Lot Planning 
 Grant meeting   will take place this coming Monday, May 22nd at   -  7:00 
 p.m. -  at the South Berkeley Senior Center, Ashby Ave. at Ellis (2 blocks 
 west of MLK).  There will be time for community input, as that is our main 
 goal at present.  The  Task Force is newly formed and has yet to meet in 
 public to work all these details  out.  We hope to set a structure for 
 community input  on Monday as well.  The Task Force will ulimately produce 
 an RFQ for potential development design.  We  will be seeking input on
