 above and I am aware of the event and location. The organizers of this 
 event will make every effort to ensure that potential risks are minimized 
 by providing sufficient adult supervision, security, and first aid. 
 However, I understand the possible risk of accident, illness or injury 
 associated with participation in these field trips. By signing this 
 permission slip I waive any and all rights to hold the school, school 
 district and/or participating organizations and employees liable for 
 demands of claims for damages for theft, loss or damages of property 
 illness, injuries or accidents with my childs visit during, and traveling
