 Pinochet regime and is the author of the essay collection Line Break: 
 Poetry as Social Practice, and the poetry collections Apollo Helmet and 
 Santiago Poems. Roxanne Dunbar-Ortiz, who traveled extensively to Nicaragua 
 and Honduras in the 80s, is the author of Blood on the Border: A Memoir of 
 the Contra War and Red Dirt: Growing Up Okie. Kaira Espinoza is a young 
 activist and writer who recently contributed to the anthology Letters from 
 Young Activists: Today's Rebels Speak Out. An interactive discussion about 
 the nature of activism and literature will follow readings by all three
