Where is Nancy Pelosi and Diane Feinstein on Parcel A and the bombardment of our children?
Both Diane Feinstein and Nancy Pelosi are as fake as the two inch make up they wear and have no idea what is happening in their own back yard here in San Francisco. Daily, Lennar BVHP is bombarding the community and especially the children with toxic particulates and breaking every law and protocol that mandates the curbing of pollution. Lennar, has with intent adversely impacted thousands and continues to defy logic, and breaks every law, rule and protocol....

New Rule Would Lower the Bar Again on Killing Endangered Wolves in Northern Rockies
BOISE, Id. – A new draft rule from the Bush Administration would once again diminish protections for wolves under the Endangered Species Act (ESA) and threaten endangered wolf recovery efforts in the northern Rockies. The new rule would significantly broaden the circumstances under which wolves can be killed allowing the states to kill more than half of the approximately 1,300 wolves in the region today prior to their delisting. The new rule is ardently opposed by wildlife conservation group...

Wednesday, July 4, 2007 :It is fast becoming one of the most important issues of the 2008 presidential campaign. Personal carbon allowances
In my column this week, I highlight how one company, Design Stream, is even designing a newfangled credit card to flash up the emissions generated by everyday purchases and deduct points from an annual quota that would be the same for every adult. Those who emit less could sell excess credits to folks who drive big cars, live in big homes and take lots of flights....

Earthjustice Beats Back Dick Cheney's Klamath Interference
The Klamath Basin irrigator's anti-salmon crusade ended two weeks ago, when the appellate court rejected their last ditch effort to resurrect Dick Cheney's cynical plan to give water to irrigators at the expense of salmon, steelhead and other species. Cheney's political machinations resulted in the largest fish kill in U.S. history in September 2002. Earthjustice deserves a big round of applause for fighting the legal battle to restore the Klamath River....

San Francisco the City that knows how does not have a sitting Epidemiologist. Now, how could that happen with the current increase of AIDS and other such diseases. The bombardment of Asbestos Dust and other toxic dust in and around Parcel A - with the SF Health Department looking the other way. The SF Health Department with a $1 Billion dollar budget and growing is a disgrace to the human race. Some one must take responsibility - but before that Dr. Mitch Katz must go - he must resign....

Lennar keeps defying innocent constituents all over this Nation.
Lennar Corp. keep defying the innocent constituents and continues to adversely impact thousands all over this Nation. Closer to home we have been meeting City Officials in high places - who are pretending that they " know not " the dubious ploys of Lennar - even though many of them have been on the pay roll of Lennar BVHP LLC....
