On Wednesday, March 9th, the Army Corps of Engineers and the US Navy are coming to San Francisco State University in the hopes of recruiting students to become cannon fodder for the US occupation effort. Student activists with the Campus Anti-War Network (CAN) have a different plan: they have organized a protest to block the recruiters and kick them off their campus....

On Feb 22, The Sunshine Taskforce unanimously found the sheriff's department in violation of three sections of the sunshine ordinance. Judge James Unable to Rule on Lepp Case
After reading paperwork submitted by Lepp, including affidavits written by residents and friends of Eddy's Medicinal Gardens, Judge James was unable to rule on the case. James passed the case on to Senior Magistrate Judge Spero who will see Lepp on Wednesday morning at 9:30 am....
