M9 US Military Out of Our Schools (video/quicktime 35.8MB)
On March 9th, the SFSU chapter of Students Against War held a rally to kick the military recruiters out of a career fair held on campus. With the military's policy of "Don't Ask, Don't Tell," they are in violation of SFSU's non-discrimination policy and many students showed up to voice their protest with the military's presence on our campus. San Francisco Bay Area Housing Crash Continues
Under current conditions, a renter would be able to live in a house for 30 years, then buy that house outright with the saved principle payments, and have an extra $277,200 of savings on top of that: ($770 x 12 x 30). The renter comes out way ahead of the owner, and this doesn't even count the huge losses the owner will suffer as housing falls year after year for the next decade or more, just as in Japan....

"Senator Diane Feinstein came out in favor the Real ID Act, which, among other things, will deny undocumented immigrants driver's licenses at a national level. If this law passes (it has already passed the US House of Representatives and will be considered by the US Senate in the next few weeks), it will destroy our efforts to obtain driver's licenses for immigrants here in California...'...
