Green Party candidate David Cobb is set to pay for Ohio recount
• The latest: It looks as if Ohio will have a recount of its presidential vote, courtesy of Green Party candidate David Cobb.
The state allows candidates to demand a recount if they pay for it -- about $113,000 for a statewide race. Cobb's campaign announced it raised $150,000 in just four days, entirely in online donations....
