Something must be done to address the violence in San Francisco, but law enforcement alone won’t solve anything. But it looks great on a press release. Mayor Newsom has pushed a $660,000 budget supplement which would be for overtime police, enforcing an existing curfew on 13-year olds and younger from being out after midnight.
