Our City Planning and those pushing for the Rincon One Project have NO vision and hav set a bad view for the future. Most of the folks living within these complex will NOT be San Franciscans because San Franciscans really do not care for high buildings and living in high density buildings. Hunters Point Parcel A comes to haunt City and County of San Francisco
Parcel A on Hunters Point now belongs to the City and County of San Francisco. Mayor Gavin Newsom bears responsibility for liability and the hot spots found on Parcel A. Some of the hot spots have radiological elements and we have the Department of Public Works (DPW) now working on Parcel A without the constituents of San Francisco knowing a thing. Parcel A is very contaminated and yet Mayor Gavin Newsom with San Francisco Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) wants to build 1600 homes in the middle of...

California Energy Commission favors diatribe from SFPUC and not facts.
California Energy Commission (CEC) favors the diatribe that San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) spews at the various (CEC) hearings. The City and County of San Francisco too favours particulates when it embraces the use of fossil fuel in large measure. Particulates kill people and if we can stay way from particulates using Clean Energy that is the path we should take. SFPUC wants to place 3 Combustion Turbines by Pier 80 and closer to the Bayview. We already have too much pollu...
