A lot of Public Trust Land and other land that once came under Santa Fe transferred to Cattelus Corporation who built on land fill prone to liquefaction on very, very toxic land. Owners of buildings and those living in condos at Mission Bay are forced to sign that they knowingly are living on toxic land and that in case of an earthquake know the consequences. Only high powered crooks could pull such a fast one - and most no one really knows the crookedness of Cattelus Corporation....
