Assemblywoman Lois Wolk's AB 1806 covers mitigation for the Prospect Island fish kill and requires direct and indirect mitigation for fish losses from the state and federal water export pumps from the time they were started in the 1960's to the present. Thursday, April 10, 2008 : The ACLU of Northern California filed a request today under the Sunshine Ordinance with the San Francisco Mayor’s Office and San Francisco Police Department seeking records relating to the Olympic torch relay.
