San Francisco enjoys cool weather and by nature of this factor and other elements - has a greater Carbon Footprint. San Francisco has some industries that spew toxic particulates and other heavy metals into the environment. Millions of vehicles, spewing toxic that are not factored - when analyzing San Francisco's environment - increasing carbon footprint and foul air. Mayor Gavin Newsom talks the talk but cannot and has not walked the walk - when it comes to clean air in San Francisco....
