Ploys to drive poor people from areas to make room for those that are super corrupt.
All over California thousands of innocent poor folks mostly minorities are sent packing off their neighborhoods and into oblivion. Here in the Bay Area some of us talk the talk but fail - again and again to walk the walk. The walk can only happen if we are educated on issues and are united. In the Bayview Hunters Point - every known gimmick has been executed - distribution of guns and drugs, intimidation, discrimination, injunctions, bombarding innocent folks with heavy metals and Asbestos du...

SF Redevelopment Agency continues to pay Proponents of Prop G - continuing corruption.
The SF Redevelopment Agency Commission with Francee Covington, London Breed, Linda A. Cheu, Leroy King, Ramon E. Romero, Darshan Singh, and Rick Swig continue to dole out SF Redevelopment Tax Increment monies - to cronies such as Lola Whittle - one of the Proponents of Proposition G. Pathetic....

Lennar cannot build a "dog house" on Parcel A - so imagine Candlestick Point and hoopla
Lennar Corporation recently has added another "bankruptcy" deal to its portfolio. Lennar has exited from the condo projects in Richmond - and removed itself from its investments linked to the Emerald Fund. Bottom line - Lennar cannot poison our children and elders - and think it can get away with murder. Lennar as I said a long, long time ago is doomed to utter failure - it must repent - and will perish - die a death of a thousand and more deadly - cuts....

The State of Black San Francisco - a community forum presented by Osiris Coalition.
The Osiris Coalition brave attempt to bring a serious issue linked to "de-population" or"gentrification" brought to one place many African Americans. Many, wanting to know what is it that is really causing the mass exit of so many - African Americans that were living in San Francisco and are now no more. The panel of so-called experts made some vain attempt to address the issue at hand. The key note speaker was astute but perhaps Minister Christopher Muhammad from the Nation of Islam - hit th...

Can the Media Continue to Ignore "The Framing of Mumia Abu-Jamal"?
On Monday, O'Connor appeared on "Jazz and Justice" (LISTEN HERE) and a book-signing event at Baruch College in New York City. Tuesday night, he is appearing at The Brecht Forum alongside Pam and Ramona Africa. The San Francisco Bay Area is now preparing for a similar tour this Fall.
Despite an important NY Times article written in May, the mainstream media has virtually ignored this powerful new book which argues in painstaking detail that Abu-Jamal is innocent and that the actual shooter ...

The Eastern Neighborhoods Planning Process and the land that once was Ohlone Land.
The Eastern Neighborhood Planning Process has taken over 10 years and the residents of San Francisco have fallen prey to the worst type of corruption from the SF Planning Department. The Land Use Committee headed by the most corrupt, inept, ignorant and arrogant person - Sophina Maxwell has further complicated matters. The areas worst affected the Bayview Hunters Point that was handed over lock, stock, and barrel to the SF Redevelopment Agency....

Lennar Corporation irks ERIN BROCKOVICH and more in the Bay Area - time will tell.
No one in their right mind has any feeling or sympathy for the Rogue Lennar Corporation. Not after they poisoned our children in the Bayview. Missing in Action the "thugs" that supported Lennar. Folks like Aurelious Walker, Linda Richardson, Gary Banks, Angelo King, the usual suspects that will vouch for Lennar and have betrayed the Bayview community. Not a sound from Senator Diane Feinstein and Mayor Gavin Newsom and those cronies that are now stunned about Lennar's fiscal - WOES. There is m...
