It is followed up in the Tuesday Independent with an op-ed discussing not just greyhound racing, but wider animal protection issues. And today (Tuesday 1/18) the Miami Herlad ran a front page story on the attempts to bring slot machines, and thereby many more patrons, to dog tracks....
