today for refusing to leave the site of an agency

Our national pesticide law only requires that certain ingredients in a pesticide (called the active ingredients) be identified on the label. All the others are misleadingly called inert ingredients, and are not identified. These same ingredients escape from most of the testing and evaluation required for active ingredients.
