The German weekly news magazine, Der Spiegel, has an excellent cover cartoon of George War Bush and his cabinet, depicting them as warriors a la Tarzan. This reminds me of the old Ramparts magazine that depicted Pres. Johnson and his cabinet as birds in an aviary. What is SUBCRITICAL Nuclear EXPERIMENTS?
