ISIS using captured Iraqi chemical weapons on Kobani in its desperation to take the town - by OPCW
ISIS appears to have used chemical weapons against People's Defense Units defending Kobani. Graphic images show widespread blistering without other injuries. These weapons appear to have been captured from the Iraqi "Army" fools.
