Black Friday march in SF shuts down Union Square.

by D. Boyer
Photos from the Black Friday march in downtown San Francisco. It appears this protest wreaked havoc on the scene at Union Square. Although it appeared that the Macy's tree lighting did occur.

Approx. 1,000+ people marched through downtown San Francisco on one of the years busiest shopping days. The protest which was called "SF Black Friday March for Michael Brown & Alex Nieto" went on for hours and wound through many neighborhoods. This protest also seemed to bring out large numbers of police.
