Holocaust Remembrance Day protest at ICE

We will gather on April 24, 2017, Holocaust Remembrance Day, the day the world remembers the heroic uprising of Jews in the Warsaw ghetto, at the ICE office at 630 Sansome, San Francisco at noon. We do this this year because one of history’s most heinous crimes against humanity was committed by a regime that demonized religious and racial groups, persecuted immigrants, promoted “my nation first” nationalism and aggressive militarism, misogyny, hatred of LGBTQ people. What began as a shocking electoral victory of a “buffoon” became a human disaster. What began as the scapegoating of Jews, and others became a genocide. We remember, therefore we cannot be silent. And we must never waver in our determination, Never Again!
