International law summing up the trials in Nuremberg 1945-46 by Robert H. Jackson chairman of the Nuremberg Trials and a U.S. Judge. He further says Aggressive War is the supreme international crime whether Germany does it or the U.S.A. does it.

Making it world law.

2) Geneva Conventions of war: making three world laws describing war crimes, 1) targeting civilians is a war crime, 2) Torturing POW's is a war crime,

3) Collective Punsihment is a war crime.

The United Nations Charter: says the charter forms the United Nations to make war just a long distant memory for the comming generations. All of these laws are daily broken by the U.S. military and form the basis proving that The U.S.A. is the greatest of all war criminals on the planet Earth today.

The anti-fascist covenants were brought into being by the liberation fighters of the second world war. Canada's First Canadian Division knows these sacred laws of the world's peoples liberation victories.

These three laws are signed on to the U.S Constitution which says all international treaties signed on to it are to be treated as the Supreme Laws of the land. All exploitation of mother Earth will need the war to end all wars to stop the aggressive wars of the non-renewable energy systems, so the renewable energy can be put in place such as wind, tidal, and solar power that transforms to electricity, and is more power than all the fossil fuels. Note it is the fossil fuel energy dependence that is waging wars of aggression not the renewable energy sources.

The First Canadian Division says completely that it does not start wars of aggression but ends all wars of aggression.
