Stupid Bowl SF TV Kiosks & SFMTA city workers "volunteer" at Stupid Bowl City

On Thursday, Jan 28, 2016, the Stupid Bowl set up TV Kiosks on the sidewalk every half block on Market Street so people can watch the Stupid Bowl on TV, although every American household has a TV and 97% of American adults have a cell phone which can receive TV programs. On the same day, a local free newspaper showed on the cover a huge illegal building ad on 4 Embarcadero Center promoting Stupid Bowl for Verizon and on page 4, we read that our public transportation agency, SFMTA, is "volunteering" city employees during working hours from 1/20-2/9/16 as "customer services reps" by taking time off their regular job and working for Stupid Bowl City while the taxpayers paid them, all brought to us by the San Francisco Democratic-Republican Party at taxpayer expense for $5 million while they cannot find money to house the homeless.

Democrat City Attorney Dennis Herrera has threatened court action if the Verizon ad is not down by 5 p.m., 1/28/16. He should also threaten court action for the NFL ad of a football on a stand on the building on Market near Sansome that looks like a flock of seagulls did their business on the building. If you will look near the bottom of the football, you will see the letters NFL.

As to the criminal theft of our tax dollars by the SFMTA, it is unconscionable that 100 city workers actually volunteered to waste time at Stupid Bowl City. This is a sign of a low level of class consciousness as everyone who can should avoid this garbage and grand theft of our tax dollars.

There is of course no need for Stupid Bowl City. It is simply a TV ad, 45 miles north of Santa Clara, where the $800 per person circus will be held on Feb 7. For $726 at San Francisco's first class opera house, you can get 3 Orchestra Premium tickets or for $948 you can get 3 Box Seat tickets for 3 different operas. The San Francisco Opera is one of the 3 best in the US, the others being New York and Chicago. It is all of the arts combined that are DAILY income producing venues to San Francisco, as people not only pay for their event tickets, but also dine in the restaurants, park their cars, and often come from a far enough distance that they have to stay in a hotel.

If you are outraged at this theft of $5 million of our tax dollars, the clutter on our sidewalks of these TV kiosks and all the garbage advertising in San Francisco for Stupid Bowl 50 that makes the city look ugly, change your voter registration to the 2 parties that oppose all of these organized crime gambling rackets, commonly known as professional football, baseball, basketball, soccer and boxing, namely Peace & Freedom Party and the Green Party.
