When the weather grabs the headlines the world focuses its attention on the climate crisis, but what happens after the hurricane goes away? Are conferences and climate walks making a difference? Are these coming up with solutions? What are the impacts?
Invited speakers include: Laura Wells, Green Party, Russell Kilday-Hicks, writer, author, union activist (SEIU), Derrick Muhammad, ILWU Local 10, led union opposition to coal shipments through port of Oakland, Marsha Feinland, Peace and Freedom Party, Jack Lucero Fleck, 350.org.
