The evictions go on, though somewhat abated.
The price of real estate rises inexorably and there's nothing but earthquake and fire can arrest the displacement that comes with that rise . . . unless

Come along on San Francisco's most intellectually and spiritually robust walking tour to encounter a view of society and real estate that provides not only cogent interpretation of current and historic circumstances, but which proposes a public policy solution.

The walking tour is free. The ideas introduced will chasten or affront some, slide like water off the back of a duck with others, but if you're one of those weary of "chasing cars," tired of pursuing every protest, call to action, pint-sized electoral measure, then this walk will be your elixir.

It's early on purpose: the solution to the real estate crisis isn't a sleepy experience. Wake up and smell the land values rising after our recent rains.
