by End Jury Racism

Kenan Ivery, a black man, was given a life sentence without parole.. in a case decided by 11 whites.

His initial crime: giving attention to a white woman in a bar
owned by another woman whose fiance was an offduty policeman, not in uniform, and with a blood alcohol level above the limit.

Does alcohol release anger?

Ivery was thrown out of the bar. When he came back he was
tossed over a table... and then came out with his gun,
shooting police officer Justin Winebrenner

There should have been a change of venue, for the courtroom
was filled with police and deputies.. looking like a blueclad
lynch mob backed up by Cleveland tv anchor hawkers using words like 'copkiller'. Does such a blue army muzzle those who speak for the defendant?

"Four shots were fired during a confrontation with Winebrenner
and two other pub patrons who pushed Ivery backward through the doorway after he had pulled his gun from his waistband." (Source: Ed Meyer

Are we all created equal? Does God think it worse to kill a policeman than any other? In a world in which the death penalty
is coming closer to death, do law enforcement officers try to
keep the executions coming?

Why is such a harsh sentence being given for a man
who killed not in cold premeditation but in hot passion
as he responded to others' alcohol ignited violence.
