Since many of EBHO’s members lease Renoir Staffing, LLC property managers for their so-called affordable housing projects, and in part Renoir Staffing, LLC uses the money it earns from the nonprofit housing developers to fund the campaigns of the California Apartment Association to block renter protections from taking effect, one can only wonder why EBHO claims that it supports renter protections!
Renoir Staffing, LLC gives campaign contributions to the California Apartment Association

Oakland - Renoir Staffing, LLC is a temp company headquartered in Alameda, an entity that is not registered in California as a business with the Secretary of State, that has a canceled business/incorporation license in Nevada.

According to Election Track, Renoir Staffing, LLC has made campaign contributions to the California Apartment Association/Political Action Committee at least 32 times between May 2015, and June 2012, for a grand total of $3,130 in contributions. Additional records with Campaign Money.com reveal that Renoir Staffing, LLC gave $2,200 to the campaign of Hilary Clinton For President during 2007 through 2008, with 5 campaign contributions. Hedging their bets and playing it safe, just in case, Renoir Staffing, LLC also gave $500 to Obama For America, according to city-data.com.

For years Renoir Staffing, LLC has been leasing property managers with 90 day contracts to many local nonprofit housing developers/organizations in the East Bay that are members of the East Bay Housing Organizations (EBHO), including some local Public Housing Authorities.

EBHO has been a supporter of some renter protections for renters in the East Bay, but it’s members are opposed to many protections, including rent control for low-income renters in their housing projects. Many EBHO members also demand minimum income requirements at their so-called affordable housing projects, that discriminate against the poor, and disabled.

Some of the EBHO members that are so-called affordable housing developers that may hire Renoir Staffing, LLC property managers include Allied Housing, Bonita House, Inc., BRIDGE Housing, Community Housing Development Corporation, Dignity Housing West, Inc., EAH Housing, East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation (EBALDC), East Oakland Community Project, Eden Housing, Hello Housing, The John Stewart Company, Mercy Housing California, MidPen Housing Corp., and Satellite Affordable Housing Associates

With many property managers working as temps for nonprofit housing developers in the East Bay from Renoir Staffing, LLC it may help to explain why the nonprofit housing developers are against rent control for their low-income renters at their so-called affordable housing projects. They also have minimum income requirements excluding many poor and disabled renters from many of their so-called affordable housing projects.

Renoir Staffing, LLC Link To California Apartment Association

What is Renoir Staffing, LLC getting for it’s many campaign contributions they are giving to the CAA/PAC, including money that they are earning by leasing property managers to the so-called nonprofit housing developers?

For starters the campaign contributions from Renoir Staffing, LLC helped to finance the California Apartment Association’s (CAA) despicable petition/referendum in Richmond recently that many were tricked into signing by signature gatherers who stated that the petition would make rent control stronger. The petition actually blocked renter protections from going into effect.

Additionally, the campaign contributions to the CAA/PAC by Renoir Staffing, LLC go to support political campaigns of candidates who are opposed to renter protections from taking effect throughout California, including San Jose, Santa Rosa, Mountain View, San Mateo and other cities in California. Hundreds of thousands of dollars per year are being spent as campaign contributions that go to politicians throughout the state that take a stand against renter protections.

EBHO’s members (nonprofit housing developers) play a great game of hoodwinking the public into believing that they support renter protections, meanwhile they hire many property managers from Renoir Staffing, LLC. Renoir Staffing, LLC then spends the money in part to fund the campaigns of CAA/PAC in the effort to block renter protections from taking effect throughout the state of California.

Public records reveal that the incorporation business license in Nevada for Blue Lake Rancheria Economic Development Corporation, the owner of Renoir Staffing, LLC, has been revoked. Records also reveal that the business license for Renoir Staffing, LLC is canceled.

Additional public records in California reveal that a business license for Renoir Staffing, LLC in California does not exist with the Secretary of State, and that the license for Renoir Staffing Services, Inc., has been suspended.

More public records in California with the Secretary of State also reveal that the business license for Renoir Staffing, Inc, has been cancelled.

Anne Sparks is the director of corporate affairs at Renoir Staffing, LLC, headquartered in Alameda, an entity that does not legally exist in California, or Nevada, according to the Secretary of State.

According to the website for Renoir Staffing, LLC an entity that had it’s business license cancelled in Nevada: Since 1985, Renoir Staffing, LLC has been meeting the needs of apartment communities, property management companies and commercial real estate offices, and offering career building opportunities to candidates with real estate experience.  Headquartered in Alameda, Renoir Staffing, LLC has branch offices in San Jose, Folsom and Anaheim, CA, servicing property management staffing needs throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, the Central Valley, and Orange County. Renoir Staffing, LLC employs more than 400 people with over $5 million in sales. The company has repeatedly been listed as one of the top staffing firms in the San Francisco Bay Area.

On it’s website, Renoir Staffing tells it’s clients that they can RELAX by knowing that the employees being provided by Renoir Staffing have passed in-depth background checks, their industry experience has been verified, and that our matches are guaranteed.

However, their website fails to mention that the incorporation license filed with the State of California is SOS/FTB suspended for Renoir Staffing Services, Inc, and Renoir Staffing, LLC is not listed as an entity in California, and had their business license cancelled in Nevada.

Since many of EBHO’s members lease Renoir Staffing, LLC property managers for their so-called affordable housing projects, and in part Renoir Staffing, LLC uses the money it earns from the nonprofit housing developers to fund the campaigns of the California Apartment Association to block renter protections from taking effect, one can only wonder why EBHO claims that it supports renter protections.
