For the Homeless, By the Homeless, Of the Homeless

Seeing recently how activists in other cities are helping to prevent gentrification and displacement by CLT'S, Community Land Trusts, I think this may be a good idea here in Santa Cruz. That is a Homeless Community Land Trust (HLCT). An HCLT instead of or in addition to an H(L)SC, that is owned (shared), managed, etc by the Homeless. That is of, by and for the Homeless!!!!
