How does the ancient Greek messenger deity Hermes intersect with nature and modern mass communication?

Come take a nature walk and find out! Presented by Pandemos, a Bay area collective of contemporary practitioners of Hellenism, and local Santa Cruz nature nerds, this event will combine ecology, Greek mythology, and ritual to make for a truly one of a kind experience.

Bring: good walking shoes, sunscreen, water, food to share. Meet up at the base of Moore Creek Preserve (Highway 1 & Shaffer Rd) 11am sharp. Parking is available along Shaffer Rd.
