Santa Cruz City Government Shows Complete Disdain to Open and Transparent Government

I found the following inappropriate but not surprising emails attached to some of Robert Norse's Public Records request surrounding the city of Santa Cruz's illegal civil rights, disability rights, and medical rights violations that will occur if the city proceeds with an unprecedented 24h hour ban on public street parking on Coral, Fern and Limekins which is parking and streets located near the Homeless Service Center and attached Medicaid Medical Facility AKA HPHP. Ms Bren Lehr self-titled file and email is an horrific example of the city of Santa Cruz's total disdain for Open and Transparent Government regulations required by laws.
