SF Bicycle Police Falsely Claim Right to Ride on Sidewalk; Democratic Mayor & Airbnb

At lunch time on crowded sidewalks filled with voters in San Francisco’s Financial District today, a police woman bicyclist loudly proclaimed that she is exempt from the law requiring bicyclists to either walk their bicycle on the sidewalk or ride the bicycle in the street. This is a lie. This is the same day that election-frauding Democratic Mayor Ed Lee, running for re-selection, was exposed for his thwarting of democracy by a newspaper headline “Running Interference,” and the article headline stating “Texts Show Mayor Influenced Vote” on the anti-tenant Airbnb issue. This was all the day after the annual rich kids drinking party, Bay to Breakers, disturbing our quiet enjoyment of our city.

The Democratic Party’s police are now so much in control of city government, a sure sign of fascism, that they do not see anything wrong with riding bicycles on sidewalks, endangering human beings, regardless of whether there is room to ride the bicycle or not, and they do so with hundreds of witnesses, all voters, in San Francisco’s Financial District, hearing their arrogant stupid voices proclaiming an outright lie. No one is exempt from the law, and that includes the police.

This writer has witnessed San Francisco police riding bicycles on the narrow sidewalk inside the Stockton tunnel, between Sacramento and Sutter, instead of using the beautiful bicycle lanes on the street in both directions. They are clearly not interested in speed; they are determined to intimidate human beings.

This is the same San Francisco Democratic Party’s police who ride, illegally, in private profit tow trucks, including on Election Day at 9 a.m. in November 2014, when a tow truck had a large car on the jack near a voting location which happened to be a commercial truck zone, with the police inside his tow truck, and he refused to take it off the jack when a mother with 2 small children in a stroller came to claim the car. That meant she had to take an expensive cab to the towed vehicle location, wait for her car to arrive, and pay a fine of several hundred dollars to the slush fund the Democratic Party has set up for this regressive tax.

The May 18, 2015 San Francisco Examiner, exposed the contempt for democracy on the part of Mayor Ed Lee, a proud Democrat, in causing a vote to be changed in favor of the anti-tenant Airbnb short term rental racket which is the concern of investor Ron Conway, one of the funders of Mayor Lee’s election campaign. Meanwhile we have some 15,000 homeless people in San Francisco, with every public school now having at least 1 homeless child attending that school. The Mayor’s office actually followed the Planning Commission vote on this issue and when the vote did not go AirBnB’s way, at 9 o’clock at night, the Mayor’s office sent an Email asking what happened to one of the commissioners. The Commissioner then obtained a revote and changed her vote, for which she was congratulated by the Mayor’s office at 10 o’clock at night all on the taxpayers’ payroll! The Mayor’s office proudly defended its contempt for democracy, and you can be sure Mayor Ed Lee speaks for the Democratic Party of San Francisco which put him there, with election fraud. See:

This was all after San Francisco residents had to endure yet another noisy Sunday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., when City buses, for which rich kids pay $12 per person, and chartered buses, for which they pay at least that much, running every 5 to 15 minutes, transported thousands of rich kids from the Breakers at the Ocean to the Bay nonstop where they park their global warming machine cars as most of them came from out of town for this annual alcohol drinking party the Sunday before Memorial Day weekend. Most of the thousands of participants are not runners at all; they participate in the drinking party in Golden Gate Park, to which they walk from the Embarcadero, in all kinds of costumes or wearing nothing at all. The May 18, 2015 SF Examiner states “Though drinking in public during the event has been banned, some participants carried beer cans or alcoholic beverages in camelbacks (water packs) anyway, to which many San Francisco police at the popular Hayes Street Hill leg turned a blind eye.” One participant thought about half of the participants in the Bay to Breakers event were drinking alcohol. YOU CAN BE SURE THE WORKINGCLASS of San Francisco would not be ignored by the police if they drank alcohol in public. These drunks at BtoB then do their business on the door steps of San Francisco homes surrounding the Golden Gate Park Panhandle, so that the waste literally rolls into the homes, and nothing is done to stop this disgusting, illegal practice.
