Michael Madry, at TestAmerica quality assurance manager at TestAmerica owned by H.I.G. Capital was retaliated against after he became a whistleblower for exposed criminal fraud by the company which was falsifying asbestos testing at the private equity company. H.I.G. Capital's owners are formerly with BAIN and helped bundle funds to the Romney election campaign. Madry and another manager went to OSHA and the Federal OSHA lawyer Darrell Whitman made merit determinations in their case and he was then retaliated against by OSHA officials.

Michael Madry , a former EMLab P&K TestAmerica Quality Assurance Manager and OSHA whistleblower talks about his efforts to protect the testing accuracy for asbestos contamination after H.I.G. Capital took over TestAmerica and began to manipulate asbestos testing by using a computer game pad. He and another manager were retaliated against after seeking to protect the integrity of the tests and both went to OSHA which investigated and sustained the retaliation. His investigator OSHA lawyer Darrell Whitman was also retaliated against for giving them merit determinations as well as other OSHA whistleblowers. This interview was done on March 20, 2015.
The owners of the private equity company H.I.G. Capital were formerly with BAIN and were important funders of the Romney campaign by bundling contributions to his campaign.
OSHA and the EPA were both informed of this criminal fraud and RICO violations and refused to investigate and prosecute H.I.G. Capital despite extensive evidence of criminal fraud and criminal conspiracy to commit fraud in the massive falsification of asbestos tests from throughout the United States.
