Obama attends India's military parade

Moreover, he also reached an agreement to transfer nuclear technology to India, even though that nation had never been a signatory to the NPT. Finally, in a cynical symbolic display of his warped perspective of a "Constitutional lawyer," POTUS(prez of the U.S.)44 became the first--and ONLY ?--American head of state to have attended a military parade in New Delhi, thereby blatantly encouraging India to ramp up Prime Minister Modi's militaristic ambitions.
