Police Brutality and the American Inquisition
In addition to looking into why Police brutalize drunks, we also should look into why police and corporations also are so supportive of AA/NA. I think I know why, such drunks then have to admit it was all their fault, they are powerless, god will make them a better employee and citizen, and god will remove their desire to drink. btw, to get food stamps and GA these folks are forced to attend AA/NA. And the really sad thing is that this American Zeitgeist is rarely questioned, as if there is nothing wrong here. But I know there is something very wrong, unconstitional, and barbaric. Let's stop police violence against drunks too, and stop the domination of society by AA/NA and its police state corporate bulliels..
I never understood why being drunk in public is treated as if it were such a horrible crime that drunks are brutalized and put in torture chairs at the jail. We need to put a stop to this. And I also hope the SYSTEM didn't force this guy to attend AA where he will be told it was all his fault, he should confess his sins and ask God to take away his disease (this is the Zeitgiest of America that I call The American Inquisition --- I equate, so to speak, the Inquisition and AA in America, very similar movements, with AA being very favored by the Police and Corporations, any guesses why these two really like AA/NA?

§Fellow put in Torture Chair not allowed to speak at Clock Tower Protest 121314
Forget to mention that a fellow who was indeed placed in a torture chair at the Santa Cruz Jail wanted to speak briefly on this at Saturday's protest at the Clock Tower but was not granted the megaphone to speak.
