Activists Flood California Capitol with Calls for Investigation of Court Sex Trafficking

by Child Protection Network
According to court observers and parents, the California courts are sex trafficking little kids out of the country and Lexi Dillon and Jonah Rief are only the tips of the iceberg.

Activists went from legislative office to legislative office demanding an end to judicial international sex trafficking of American children. Lexi Dillon and Jonah Rief have become the poster children for the sex trafficking movement. They are among millions of victims who have been placed into the international sex trade

Jonah, an Alabama child, was taken from his Alabama mother and given to a man who was not related in way to him. The trafficker, known as Brian or Kevin Sullivan and by other aliases convinced a San Diego judge to grant him custody without a paternity trial. Then Sullivan and another woman named Sarah Francis AKA Denise Glaser were allowed to take the little five year old boy to Australia on February 26, 2013. Jonah has not been seen alive since except for nude photos the traffickers have put on the internet. Glaser and Sullivan are tied economically with Blackwater, International

Lexi or Alexandria Dillon appears to have been trafficked into the sex trade in Thailand. Orange County's Judge Waltz, who regularly visited Thailand, turned the seven year old girl over to a Thai man whom Tustin police say raped and sodomized Lexi nightly. The man is not allowed in the U.S. and can only take her to Thailand. Videos reveal that the girl did not want to have nightly sex with the trafficker and wanted to be returned to her mother who loves her and wants her back.

Activists are calling for a sweeping investigation of the California family law judiciary and are hopeful that legislators will care enough to act.
The Patrick Henry Democratic Club has been active on youth rights for more than a decade. It has picked up the human trafficking issue and this year declared Tammy Rief and Ruby Dillon "Mothers of the Year." Simon Lowe of the PHDC commented that members have unanimously adopted a resolution aimed at monitoring the courts in the hopes of eliminating court-licensed child sex slavery. Several PHDC members were among the activists volunteering their time in Sacramento last Friday. The PHDC was formed from the Dennis Kucinich wing of the Democratic Party and has been very active on issues like abolishing the death penalty, ending corporate personhood, calling for universal not-for-profit health care and fighting ageism and racism.

The Progressive Caucus of the California Democratic Party was put together by the PHDC.
