September is National Yoga Month ~ UC Yoga, Health and Wellness helps to spread the word. The benefits of Yoga is part of a new way forward, healing what is hurting our communities.
September is National Yoga Month and California Wine Month.
The expansion of yoga, throughout the State of California is seen. Together, we will honor the international diversity and historic practice of Yoga, while featuring our unique “California Grown” food and wine industries.
The 2014 wine harvest is in full bloom. We continue to showcase the California Delta and water ways to the “Greatest Garden in the World, our Central Valley.”
UC Yoga, Health and Wellness is helping celebrate National Yoga Month and California Wine Month, by challenging seasoned yogis, while welcoming new students to the discipline and practice of yoga.
Globally, California wine lovers enjoy the taste some of the finest varietals grown from California’s top vineyards and winemakers.
Throughout September innovative regional restaurants, farmers, farmworkers and ranchers showcase the very best creations, featuring the diversity of agriculture in an authentic presentation of “California Grown.”
