Is This What A Jammed Phone Sounds Like? (Kill Switch in Ferguson?)

A lot of people have been complaining about their phones, or internet not working in Ferguson MO.For those who reside in the Bay Area, this is something we have seen before. The Bart Police shut down their cell towers back in the summer of 2011 to disrupt a demonstration they though was going to occur.
