Keep The Israeli Zim Ship Stranded-Zim Ship Stuck In Port Of Oakand

by Transport Workers Solidarity Committee
Labor and community pickets from Oakland won the support of ILUW workers at the Port of Oakland on the evening of August 18 when they refused
to cross the picket line. Over 100 police were there to escort the longshore workers in but most union members refused to cross and were later sent home. More support is needed to keep the racist Israeli government's ship stranded in the port of Oakland

All Hands On Deck
The Transport Workers Solidarity Committee calls on all those opposed to the apartheid Zionist regime to keep the heat up at the port of Oakland. The Goldman and Sacks SSA is trying to load and unload the Zim ship Piraeus but they have been unable to get ILWU longshore workers to cross the line. This is the longest picket of an Israeli ship in the world and this action is costing the Israeli government millions and directly helping the workers and people of Gaza and Palestine. Pickets needed on August 19th at 6:00 AM
All supporters of the Palestinian people and justice should try to join the picket line at Berth 57.
