Planning, Doing Aggressive War is the Supreme International Crime
by Hans B.
Tuesday Jul 15th, 2014 9:48 AM
Nuremberg Trials: Chaired by U.S. Judge Jackson (1945-46) wrote into World International Law, that the planning and doing of Aggressive War is the Supreme International Crime on the Planet Earth as it actuates all other crimes high, low, big and small. It sets a reactionary wave of events that pushes the matter-in-motion backward towards a new and deeper dark age. He further says that it is the Supreme International Crime whether Germany does it or the U.S.A. does it.
This international treaty signed on to by the U.S. Constitution is therefore to be treated as the Supreme law of the land.
Too bad the U.S. Governments since 1945 has not obeyed this Supreme International Law of the world, and its own U.S. Constitution even though they have sworn to uphold them.
It has instead made over 60 Aggressive wars against the world's peoples and the entire working classes of the world from uniting properly since that time.
Vice President Dick Cheney is a guilty war criminal for planning and doing of Aggressive war during his time in the U.S. Government.
That he is an un-indicted Supreme worst war criminal in world law, and that is thanks to the anti-fascist Nuremberg Trials and laterally the U.S. Constitution.
The U.S. Imperialist Empire is no exeption to the laws of the land. The fact that it plans and does Aggressive war against numerous countries globally only proves the truth that the U.S. Imperial government is a lawless wrecker of the national and international rule of the peoples' laws built by the anti-fascist fighters of the second world war, and the Peoples' Independent Democracies since that time.
Workers of the world unite!! End pollution wars motivated by fossil fuels, not endless aggressive wars for more and more pollution. Ye yet have a world to win!!
