who are commemorating the 80th anniversary of the San Francisco
general strike and "Bloody Thursday" when two workers were killed.
WorkWeek also looks at the refugee children on the Mexican
borders and the role of labor including the AFL-CIO, SEIU and
UFWA with Bruce Neuberger of AFT 2121 and Al Rojas of
Sacramento Labor Council For Latin America and one of the
founders of the UFWA.
Rojas also discusses the militarization of the border and SB 744 which will
further militarize the borders and the need to fight deportations.
