The fight for $15:
The struggle gains momentum

Friday, July 11, 7pm
2969 Mission St., San Francisco

Rally for living wages
From Wal-Mart to McDonald’s, low-wage workers are fighting for a living wage. On June 2, the Seattle City Council unanimously approved a resolution to raise the city’s minimum wage to $15 an hour over a period of 3 years. San Francisco’s Board of Supervisors just approved placing a measure on the ballot for a $15 minimum wage.

Seattle activist Jane Cutter will speak on the history of the “Fight for 15,” how the struggle was waged in Seattle, what has been won and what are the limitations of the city council resolution.

The “Fight for 15” campaign is spreading across the country. Learn how you can get involved!

La Lucha por 15:
La Lucha se Impulsa

viernes, 11 de julio, 7pm
2969 Calle Mission, San Francisco

Rally for living wages
