Barriers are political , not economic. Humans can revise the tax code. Our tax system encourages the 1%. If you're not creating jobs here, you'll have a high tax. Median income is lower than a quarter of a century ago. All the growth has gone to the top. We no longer have a country with opportunity. Policies and politics have shaped our economy in a way that inequality becomes unconscienable.
