Tell management to bring back the morning mix NOW!
Email station management at richard [at] kpfa.org or 5108486767 ext203 let him know you want local programs and not syndicated paid shows. Volunteers are being pushed out and not treated with respect by richard Pirodsky manager of kpfa and kpfk. Pirodsky is also the manager at KPFK and is doing the same thing at kpfk in los Angeles, where he is pushing out Spanish language programs down there. He is interim manager and will be leaving soon, so in other words a wannabe manager.

In case you missed it here is what he told unpaid staff

Tell him to bring back the morning mix NOW and include volunteers in any decision making process. As a result of his bad leadership, volunteers will have to end up having to clean up the dirty work he leaves behind.
We are 100% volunteer and depend on your participation to sustain our efforts!
