Open Heart/Healthy Touch

For all activists and non-activitists. Those who work in the world to help others and for those who need replenishing; for those who feel isolated or for those who just want to connect deeper. For those who find they are spending too much time behind the computer and need to connect with others from the heart. This class is a time to practice giving and receiving healthy nurturance and TLC to build up "inner" resilience to be of more use for others in the outside world!
