This week's show features stories from Spanish National Radio, Radio Havana Cuba, NHK World Radio Japan, and Radio Deutsche-Welle.
From SPAIN- The interim government of Egypt has resigned with an election due by mid-April. The proposed new laws against citizen protest in Spain have been criticized by the judiciary council. A report on the situation in Ukraine as of Wednesday night.
From CUBA- The Venezuelan opposition leader Henrique Capriles refuses to dialogue with President Maduro to resolve the deadly unrest in the streets. A new leak from Snowden's information reveals how spy agencies manipulate information on the internet. According to an Israeli newspaper, the US and several Arab allies are preparing insurgents fighting against the Syrian government for an attack from the border with Jordan.
From JAPAN- The anti-whaling group Sea Shepherd has disrupted two Japanese whaling vessels in the Antarctic Ocean. Anti-government protests continue in Thailand, where 3 citizens died from an apparent hand grenade attack on a rally. The Japanese Nuclear regulatory agency criticized TEPCO, the operators of the Fukushima nuclear reactors, for failing to prevent massive leaks of highly radioactive water. Negotiators at the Trans Pacific Partnership free trade pact ended talks in Singapore without any agreements.
From GERMANY- Brazil and the EU agreed to lay an undersea communications cable to prevent the NSA from spying on Brazilian internet traffic. A German newspaper says that the NSA is monitoring officials close to Chancellor Merkel and that they have 300 agents in Germany. A Russian court sentenced seven activists for protesting against President Putin. Thousands took to the streets in Hong Kong to demand media freedom. As negotiations continue on a free trade agreement between the US and the EU, the food safety of American products has become a major issue- currently GMOs and American meat are banned in the EU, but the TTIP could force Europeans to allow it to be imported.

I was interviewed for an informative weekly radio show Mediageek, available at http://radio.mediageek.net

All that plus times and frequencies for listening at home. It's free to rebroadcast, please notify me if you're airing it and haven't notified me in the last month, please mention the website if you only air a portion. If you just want to listen and have a slow connection, try the streaming version- lower sound quality but good enough and way easier if you don't have a high-speed internet connection. If streaming is a problem because of your slow connection, download the smaller file- it takes 20 minutes or less, and will play swell in any mp3 player application (RealPlayer, Winamp, Quicktime, iTunes, etc) you have on your computer.
TIME SLOT on KZYX! This program will be aired on Sunday afternoon at 4pm (PST) on KZYX/Z Philo CA, you might be able to stream via < http://www.kzyx.org >

I hope you'll listen and air this if you're connected with a radio station. I am still wondering how to get financially compensated for the 25 hours I put into this program weekly- any ideas are appreciated. Any stations rebroadcasting this (or listeners) are welcome to donate for production costs. You can do so through the website. Many thanks to those that have donated! No Guilt! (maybe a little)
