Weather Modification is Very Real
Weather modification has been around for a long time. And using weather as a weapon is not new either. And those 'Chemtrails" in the sky are not innocent vapor trails.

Basically the government and some large corporations are attempting to modify weather by introducing high altitude pollutants to offset the warming effects of low altitude pollutants. Weather modification is big business. The Rothschild empire recently bought a 70% controlling interest in Weather Central which serves over 400 TV stations in 21 different countries. They mention that "As weather becomes more extreme around the planet, with greater human and financial ramifications, we believe that Weather Central will play a major role in mitigating damage and improving lives". Sounds like they are banking on the weather getting much worse to enhance their profit margin.
Chemtrails? Jet exhaust is already a chemical trail. And a jet engine does not burn the fuel 100%. Far from it. The best a modern jet engine can do is just under 40%. This means 40% water vapor and CO2 and 60% other stuff like soot, CO and a variety of unfriendly chemicals comes out into the air we breath. As the people that live around O'Hare Airport have proved, jet exhaust contains over 65 toxic chemicals including some that are carcinogenic. So now besides what already comes out of the butt end of a jet engine Geo -Engineering corporations put in additives. There are patents from 1975 and later for Powder Contrail Generators. These powders contain something like 85% metallic particles and 15% silica-silica gel. In 1991 Hughes Aircraft, later to become part of Raytheon, patented a powder made of in part aluminum oxide and thorium oxide. And we have to breath this crap into our lungs.
In another example, the Chinese government used 1,104 cloud seeding rockets to drain the cloudy skies over Beijing of moisture to prevent rain during the Olympic games. So yeah. Weather control is plenty real.
And there is HAARP: this stands for High Frequency Active Auroral Research Project. It is a military project designed to manipulate the global electrostatic field and to heat the ionosphere and can probably be used as a weapon.
So maybe old "Chicken Little" was really right- the sky is falling.

Meteorology --- Do you see that whispiness between the "chemtrails". Do you know what that means? It means that the air aloft there is supersaturated. The water vapor "wants" to condense into water droplets (clouds) but "seeds" are lacking. So when a plane flies through leaving behind a normal contrail additional condensation will expand that into a persistent trail.
PLEASE -- that is NOT saying "chemtrails" don't exist, just that THIS picture isn't evidence that they do. You simply have a misunderstanding of what to expect as normal.
Thermodynamics -- when we say a heat engine is 40% efficient we do not mean to imply by that that it is only burning 40% of the fuel. Any heat engine works by taking in heat at one temperature and rejecting heat at some lower temperature. Less heat is rejected than comes in, the difference having been converted into mechanical energy (the useful energy produced by that engine). When we say that the engine is 40% efficient we mean something like it took in (from burning the fuel) 100 units and rejected 60 units. In some heat engines one of the sources of loss is incomplete burning of the fuel (say to CO instead of to CO2) but that is rarely a problem in jet/jet turbo engines as there is generally an excess of air.
