New Design For Emergency Shelter In Typhoon Areas of the World?
Couldn't lives be saved in every Typhoon all over the world in low income neighborhoods where the most lives are lost simply by designing portable, light weight, low cost, efficient shelters that can actually roll in the storm winds?
Couldn't lives be saved in every Typhoon all over the world,

simply by designing portable,

efficient shelters that can actually roll in the storm winds?
What materials would be strongest but most light weight?
Hemp fibers?
Isn't it true that materials built with hemp
are low cost and durable?
Wouldnt this be a lot more cost effective
for a wealthy nation to distribute Typhoon storm shelters
to nations with high incident risks of typhoons,
rather than to be faced with a heart wrenching
loss of life,
and countries providing millions of dollars in aid,
but with the worst hit areas so remote that they get help the last?
