Yoga Practice and Philosophy is a FREE consecutive five-week class beginning October 14th at 7:00 pm-9:00 pm. This is an ongoing class and will accept drop-ins. After beginning class, dates are 10/21,10/28,11/4,11/11. Bring a mat. Taught by certified yoga teacher, all levels, beginner to advanced. This class is a project of the University of the Commons, a free university offering classes in diverse subjects, see the website and Meetup, http://www.uotc.org.
