Medicare Plan D Formulary Changes 2013 Are Going To Put Me On Ice!
Do I have to change my Medicare Plan D insurance provider every year because
they all want to get rid of people with contagious diseases?

WILL OBAMACARE INSURANCE COMPANIES CHANGE WHAT
THEY COVER EVERY YEAR,
JUST LIKE MEDICARE PLAN D CHANGES EVERY
YEAR WHICH PRESCRIPTIONS THEY COVER
in their annual "formulary"?

A year ago I had to change my Medicare Plan D insurance company provider
because they discontinued covering an acyclovir product I need to take
to suppress a sexually transmitted contagious disease for which there is
currently no cure.

I have NOT had sex in 13 years, and have not even kissed anyone in all that time.

I'm a nice person, I take my suppressive medicine and I don't pass my
disease around.

In 2002, Medicaid in Vermont helped me pay for my prescription.
Suddenly, in the Spring, without warning, I went to the pharmacy
with my usual prescription and was shocked to be told that they
would only fill part of it because, according to the pharmacist,
then Governor Howard Dean of Vermont had reduced the amount
of acyclovir product I could get help with on Medicaid.

Now I have Medicare Plan D, and I was upset last year when I was
suddenly informed that the acyclovir product would no longer be
covered. The problem was worse because that Plan D wrongfully
informed me that I was not allowed to change plans to a Plan D
that would cover the acyclovir product.

Now, in 2013, the Medicare Plan D that I changed to last year has
suddenly decided that they will only be covering half of the number
of pills I need per month starting in January 2014.

What happened to all of the Obamacare promises of pre-existing
conditions being covered?

If you only need to see a doctor once a year to get
a prescription for a particular problem
re-filled, and the major cost of your medical care is just the
prescription itself,
then if your Medicare Plan D won't cover your prescription
for a sexually transmitted contagious disease, or
it won't cover enough pills to suppress the disease,
then isn't that the same as
denying a pre-existing condition?

Why is the government allowing Plan D insurance companies
to continually make a profit by dropping coverage for more
expensive products?

Why aren't we, the people, getting a share of the PATENT OWNERSHIP
on every drug that taxpayer dollars pay for research to invent?

Doesn't PATENT LAW define "work made for hire" as work that is paid
for by someone else,
such as inventing a new product when the research is
paid for by taxpayers,
shouldn't the taxpayers OWN at least half
of the PATENT on the new prescription?

Why is my herpes more persistant than other peoples?

I was blasted with military high explosives on a movie set.

The movie industry attorneys lied in court.

The explosives cause a type of shock injury that
made the genital herpes move to my back and head.
If the herpes is not kept under control, I could get
encephalitis of the brain and spine and die.

No medical doctor (court IME)
was ever given the material safety
data hazard sheets for the high explosives that
cause shock injury.

It took seven years in court to file a complaint against
California state OSHA and to bring in federal OSHA.

As soon as I got the MSDS information,
the case was suddenly dismissed.

No doctor was ever given the employee record of
industrial exposure, the out-take original film footage
or the MSDS information.
High explosives cause shock injuries.
Herpes is aggravated by shock.
Herpes moves to the site of physical injuries.

Instead of the movie industry paying for the health
problems they caused,
including the aggravation of pre-existing condition of herpes,
the taxpayers are sent the bill via Medicare and Medicare Plan D.

That's what fraud in court does, it makes all of the
taxpayers pay instead of the "guilty" party,
the mega-corporation employer of record.

If anyone you know
who has been exposed to military high explosives
breaks out in painful blisters
on their head and back,
it can be caused by the SHOCK waves of the explosives.
The SHOCK waves can be deadly and can really
shake up the brain.

You have to have a medical test to prove that
the blisters on the head and back are HERPES and NOT
"shingles". It is different. Herpes is contagious,
and for me it was a pre-existing condition that was
dormant and then aggravated by the explosives
I was hit with on the movie set.

No one with a contagious disease should be jerked around
like I have been with Medicare Plan D suddenly deciding
they won't cover my prescription at all for an acyclovir
product, or they will only cover half of the pills I need
per month.

How is that any different from being rejected for a
pre-existing condition?

I was denied the right to a trial for civil causes of action
beyond the exclusivity of Workers' Compensation Jurisdiciton
(Van Nuys, California Workers' Comp. Court,
Santa Monica Superior Court, etc. etc. all the way to
the U.S. Supreme Court because the case originated
in Unemployment Court in North Hollywood because
the Casting company fired me for being injured
after they sent me to St. Joseph's Hospital in Burbank, CA
because they knew they injured me!)
