The debate, although none was needed, ended in 1964, with the Surgeon General's report on the harmful effects of tobacco. TOBACCO HAS NO BENEFICIAL EFFECTS; IT IS POISON. The current president was 3 years old in 1964, yet he continues to support the tobacco lobby by protecting it in this latest trade agreement described in the announcement above. The outcry was sufficient to get Democrat Obama to tone down but not eliminate his support for the tobacco lobby. See

The Geneva Conventions of war 1949 clearly states that 1) targeting civilians is a war crime, 2) torturing and killing POW's is a war crime, 3) Collective Punishment is a war crime.

In fact the Nuremberg Trials (1945-46) chaired by U.S. Judge Jackson wrote into international law that the planning and doing of aggressive war is the SUPREME INTERNATIONAL CRIME ON THE PLANET EARTH, as it sets in motion all other crime high, low, big, and small. He further says that it is the Supreme International Crime whether Germany does it or the U.S.A. does it.

These two international treaties are signed on to the U.s. Constitution which says that all international treaties signed on to it are to be treated as the Supreme Law of the land.

This shows by anti-fascist covenants, that nationally and internationally the U.S.A. is guilty of breaking international and national supreme laws by disobeying the fact that selling known poisons to the civilian populations at home and abroad; is de facto committing war crimes against the world and the U.S.A. civilian populations.

Poisoning the people is a crime against humanity. There must be an end to the tobacco growing and its subsequent scientifically proven poisoning of the world's peoples for private or public profits.

Workers of the world, unite!! End pollution wars, not endless wars for more and more pollution. You yet have a world to win!!
