We look at the fight for healthcare, cadillac and wellness plans and the coming AFL-CIO convention. We will also discuss the immigration reform bill and whether it will protect immigrant rights and a national migrant workers convention in Los Angeles on September 7, 2013 a day before the AFL-CIO convention. We will look at the attack on public education and the lawsuits In San Francisco and Sacramento against the ACJCC and CTC and have a speech from the 50th commemoration of the March on Washington, We will hear about the one year anniversary of the massacre of South Africa Marikana miners and what is happening now. On our second hour, we will look the role of workers who built the new Eastern Span of the San Francisco Bay Bridge and how it was built without the loss of one life.
