"Deputies arrested Timothy James Anderson and booked him into the Napa County jail on suspicion of misdemeanor battery. He was released from jail on $5,000 bail. Anderson remained on-duty at the Santa Cruz Harbor on Tuesday. Harbor officials declined to be interviewed by KSBW."
